Q. Do you use a disposable scope?
A. The scopes are not disposable.
Q. How can I be sure the scope is clean?
A. We take extreme care to follow the industry’s sterilization guidelines for
cleaning the scopes. Quality assurance testing is performed to make sure we are
doing this.
Q. Will I know the results of my test before I leave?
A. Yes, The physician will talk to you or your significant other if you are
still asleep, The nurses will reinforce the findings and answer any questions
you may have.
